Most estimate requests get a callback within a few hours during business hours, 7 days a week. The estimate visit itself is typically scheduled within 48 hours.
What information should I have ready when I call?

Your address, a rough idea of the work you want done (mowing, mulch, patio, etc.), and any timeline you are working with. We will figure the rest out at the property visit.
Do I need to be home for the estimate visit?

For most jobs, no. If we can see the property from the street and you are okay with us walking the yard, we can quote it. For fenced backyards or projects that need a tour, we set a time you can be there.
How do I pay?

Most homeowners pay by check, Zelle, or Venmo. Larger projects can be split into a deposit, mid-project payment, and final payment. We discuss payment terms before the work starts so there are no surprises.
Can I cancel a scheduled mowing visit?

Yes. Just text or call us 24 hours before the visit. No fees and no questions. Routine mowing has no contract.
